Establish a permanent transition framework

It is most likely that the business condition will continue to change even in the future. Therefore it might be a good idea to establish a framework to deal with future transition as permanent part of the organization. The framework must at least have a TAB, a board ready to take decisions whenever they show up.

Depending of the culture, the frequency of changes and change management skills in the organization there also might be a need for a TMT team that could assist in the transition work. The TMT team must not need to be in place all the time if it could be put together and established within a relatively short time-frame.
